Several of our customers choose HUMI ​​because they do not want to risk being registered in different systems in relation to their interests, mental or physical challenges. All customers must know for sure that the work they do in collaboration with HUMI ​​is completely confidential. The above has meant that HUMI, since its founding in 2006, has regarded privacy policy as both an important part of and at the same time a cornerstone of our raison d'être. That is why we at HUMI ​​have over time committed ourselves to protecting your personal information. A protection that we take very seriously. It is important to us that you as a customer have full confidence in HUMI ​​and our desire with this privacy policy is to ensure you full transparency in relation to the information we receive from you and how we use and protect that information.

What do we use your personal information for?

When you contact HUMI, your personal information may be used for the following purposes:

Sensitive information:

  • In coaching sessions, the information you choose to share is used as background knowledge for the individual coach in relation to your specific situation. This is to ensure that you get the best help and guidance, and in the shortest possible time reach your goal with your coaching in HUMI. Your information also ensures that if you contact HUMI ​​for coaching at a later date, the individual coach can quickly understand your situation, without you having to retell your entire situation / experience from the past. It allows you to help yourself faster and more efficiently.

We retain your personal information to fulfill the purpose for which it is processed, cf. above. You can at any time be informed of what personal information we have collected - and ask to have your personal information deleted.

What personal information do we collect?

The personal information we ask for depends on what service you want. When registering for services online, such as subscribing to newsletters, courses, educations, introductory courses, events and lectures, we ask you for information such as your name, your e-mail and your telephone number. When registering for educations and courses, we also ask you for a residential address and / or your company address, name of contact person in your company, including invoicing email. Overall, we collect information in the following categories:

  • Name, home address, email address, telephone number, credit / debit card or other payment information

  • Information about your purchases from our website

  • The messages you exchange with us via emails, website, calls and social media

Sensitive information:

  • The information you pass on to us at the start of a coaching course in relation to the challenge / problem you experience.

How do we store your personal information?

Personal information relating to registration for educations, courses, lectures, events, etc. - registered with our chosen supplier for handling orders and invoice handling. Likewise, all registrations are registered with our IT provider. All personal information is stored online, via a contact group set up for the purpose of ensuring full protection of your information. Access to all personal information requires login - and the sensitive information collected requires additional rights and login for access. All our suppliers (as data processors) have the technical and operational security measures to protect your personal data in accordance with the new personal data regulation.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Only HUMI ​​and only selected relevant employees of HUMI ​​have access to your personal information. For sensitive personal information, only the person / persons responsible for the role of coach / consultant in HUMI ​​have rights and login access. The data controller in HUMI ​​has access to the login system solely to ensure and test the security of the system. The selected external suppliers (data processors) only have access to personal data in relation to data security and protection of the applicable information. Data processors do not have access to the sensitive personal information. If personal information is shared with third parties, it will only happen after approval and acceptance by you.

How are you protected and what are your rights?

You can always:

  • Request access to your personal information. This allows you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Request for correction of personal information.

  • Request the deletion of your personal information.
