“As the new department manager, I became curious about the stories that flowed through the department, at a time when new job functions had to be put into practice.
Stories characterized by different experiences and at the same time good experiences, which the employees greatly appreciated. It was my task to create a positive framework for the stories that were to form our DNA and thus our common values in the department.
Per Poulsen from HUMI was a crucial facilitator in this process, where Emotional Intelligence has helped us along the way. Throughout the 2 days, we created peace to listen, understand and deal with both our own and each other's emotions in a good way.
It was important that our transformation became ours and where we now have a common description of what we want to create with each other and our department.
